Terms
The boring-but-important part. Read it, then let's get back to the work.
What you get
KARG provides digital services including website design, development, digital sales consulting and digital product work. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline are agreed in writing before the project starts.
All communication and creative work is done directly by Daniel Nagy.
Price and payment
Projects are quoted at a fixed price based on the agreed scope. The price is valid for 30 days from the quote date.
Payment is typically 50% on project start and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Work outside the agreed scope is charged separately and only after your approval.
Delivery and timeline
Timelines are estimates based on the information you provide. Delays caused by late feedback, missing material or changes to scope affect the final delivery date.
A website is considered delivered when it is approved by you and published on your domain or handed over for self-hosting.
Revisions and changes
The agreed scope includes a reasonable number of revision rounds. Extra revisions or changes outside the scope may be charged separately.
Major changes to the project direction after the start may require a new quote.
Ownership and rights
You own the final website, its content and the design produced for you once the project is paid in full.
KARG retains the right to show the work in a portfolio, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Any third-party services, fonts, images or plugins remain subject to their own licences.
Liability
KARG is responsible for delivering the work described in the agreed scope. We are not liable for business losses, lost revenue or indirect damages beyond the amount paid for the project.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for any legal claims related to your business or industry.
Force majeure and cancellation
If the project is cancelled through no fault of KARG, work completed up to that point will be invoiced proportionally.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside their reasonable control.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
