Fixed price before we start.

One person, start to finish.

You own everything we build.

Your company is better
than your website says it is.

You've grown. The offer is sharper, the team knows more, the customers are bigger. The website still says what it said five years ago.

KARG rewrites, redesigns and rebuilds it — so a visitor understands what you sell in ten seconds and knows exactly how to get in touch.

Fewer words. More enquiries.

Services

Three things. Done well.

Websites

You get a new website: message, structure, design, build and launch.

Visitors understand your offer faster — and more of them get in touch.

Strategy · UX · Design · Build · Launch

Digital sales

You get sharper copy, clearer product pages and a contact flow that actually converts.

Best when the site works but too few visitors turn into enquiries.

Messaging · Product pages · Campaign pages · Lead flows · Internationalisation

Digital products

You get a working tool, app or prototype — not a slide deck.

For when a normal website can't explain what you do.

Interactive tools · Apps · AI experiences · Maps · Prototypes

Digital Sales Reset

Your website works.
It just doesn't sell anymore.

A fixed-scope rebuild for established companies. In 1–3 weeks you get a new website with a clearer message, a simpler structure and a contact flow built to turn visitors into enquiries. No pitch meetings, no six-week discovery.

From 25,000 SEK + VAT

You get the exact scope and price in writing before anything starts.

What you get

  • A clear message customers understand
  • A page structure that guides the visitor
  • A new visual design on your existing brand
  • A finished, responsive website
  • Copy written to sell, not to fill space
  • An enquiry flow that lands in your inbox
  • Analytics so you can see what works
  • Domain connected and site live

Who this is for

Right for you if

  • Your website is older than your current offer
  • You need clarity, not a full rebrand
  • You want it live in weeks, not months

Not right if

  • You're a startup still finding the product
  • You're looking for the cheapest template
  • You need a large multi-team agency

Clarity sells better than decoration.

Selected work

Work that makes things clearer.

01 / Digital sales

Strong engineering, generic first impression.

Concept website for an industrial company with an oversized headline and technical imagery

01 / Independent conceptDigital sales

Independent concept

The problem: a skilled industrial company looked like every other supplier online. What I did: rebuilt the story around what the customer actually buys. The result: the offer is clear on the first screen, and starting a conversation takes one click.

Strategy · Messaging · UX · Web Design

Independent concept. Not commissioned by the featured company.

02 / Digital product

Travel planning spread across five apps.

Wayspot travel discovery interface with a route map and featured destination videos

02 / WayspotDigital product

Wayspot

The problem: places, video and routes live in different tools. What I did: designed one interface that shows all three together. The result: you can understand a destination before deciding to go there.

Product Design · UX · Interactive Maps

03 / Visitor experience

Visitors have questions the website hides.

Ask Sundsvall interface with a single large question field for visitors

03 / Ask SundsvallVisitor experience

Ask Sundsvall

The problem: answers are buried three menu levels down. What I did: replaced the menu with one question field. The result: visitors ask in their own words and get an answer straight away.

AI · Visitor Experience · Prototype

04 / Interactive learning

Nature facts children never read.

Wilda learning app screen showing an illustrated bear and facts about its habitat

04 / WildaInteractive learning

Wilda

The problem: information about nature sits on signs kids walk past. What I did: tied stories and animal facts to real places. The result: a walk in the forest becomes something to play through.

How I think

Business before pixels.

A website isn't good because it looks expensive.

It's good because it makes something easier to buy.

  • Understand.
  • Trust.
  • Enquire.
  • Book.
  • Buy.

Every design decision starts with the step the visitor is stuck on.

How I build

Modern tools. Fewer meetings.
Same result, faster.

I prototype early, so you see real pages in week one instead of a document in week six.

Technology shortens production time. It doesn't replace strategy, judgement or design.

You're not buying a tool. You're buying the result.

Why KARG

One person. Not a chain of them.

No account manager, no handover to a junior team, no game of telephone between you and the work.

You talk to the person who writes, designs and builds your site.

You talk to the person doing the work.

Nothing lost in translation.

Decisions the same day.

More time spent on the work.

Business before pixels.

We start with what you sell and who buys it — not with a template.

One person from idea to launch.

The person you meet is the person doing the work.

Built to be useful.

If it doesn't make something easier, it doesn't ship.

About

Built by Daniel Nagy.

KARG is a one-person digital studio in Sundsvall, Sweden.

I work with established companies that need their website to say what the business has become — and I do the strategy, design and build myself.

No oversized agency process.

No technology for technology's sake.

No disappearing behind a project manager.

How it works

Four steps. Three weeks.

01

Understand

We talk for an hour about what you sell, who buys it and where customers get stuck.

You need: one hour and your current site.

02

Make

You see real pages — structure, message and design — within days.

You need: one round of feedback.

03

Build

I build the finished site once the direction is approved.

You need: nothing. Just images and any text you want included.

04

Launch

Final review, domain connected, analytics installed, site live.

After that I can keep helping — or hand everything over. Your call.

Promises

No awkward surprises.

You own it.

Your domain, content and website stay yours.

Nothing is locked to a platform you can't leave.

You know the price before we start.

Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in writing first.

If something changes, we agree on it before I do the work.

You work directly with Daniel.

No salesperson at the pitch and a junior team after signing.

Same person the whole way.

Support is optional.

I can keep handling hosting, updates and improvements.

Or hand it all over. No mandatory contract.

Common questions

What to expect.

What does a typical project cost?

Projects start around 25,000 SEK + VAT.

You get the exact scope and price in writing before anything starts.

How long does it take?

A website takes 1–3 weeks once your material is ready. Larger digital products take longer.

Do we own the website?

Yes. Domain, content and site are yours, and you can move them if you ever change supplier.

Can you use our existing brand?

Yes. Most companies don't need a new identity. They need to use the one they have better.

Do you work with clients outside Norrland?

Yes. I'm based in Sundsvall and work with clients anywhere — most of it happens over video and email.

Send me your website.
I'll tell you what I'd change.

No brief needed — a link and a sentence about your goal is enough.

You'll hear back from me within 24 hours.

No obligation. No 45-minute sales presentation.
