Who is responsible

What data we process
Data you send us yourself when you email: your name, email address and the content of your message.
Technical operating data generated by our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as IP addresses in server logs.
Local storage in your browser: your language choice and your cookie consent. That information never leaves your device.
Why we process it
Legitimate interest: answering enquiries and running and securing the website.
Contract: delivering work for clients.
Legal obligation: bookkeeping.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept while the conversation is relevant, then deleted.
Records subject to bookkeeping requirements are kept for seven years.
Server logs are kept for a short period by our provider.
Who can see the data
Providers of hosting and email process data on our behalf as data processors.
We never sell personal data and never share it for marketing.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Transfers outside the EU/EEA may occur through our providers. Where they do, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
